Agriter is an agricultural cooperative company founded in 1991 by a group of
entrepreneurs in the horticultural production. The company is placed in the
territory of Banzi between the valley "Alto Bradano" and it extends on a surface of about 300
hectares, property of the partners.
Agriter is responsible for the cultivation, transformation and marketing of tomatoes, peppers, courgettes, aubergines, mixed vegetables and
"cardoncelli" mushrooms.
The pepper "goat horn" is the towing Agriter cultivation product. It is cultivated, piced up and dried up in company
with care for the particular ones and with ancient and natural methods as from the old tradition of "Lucania"
in order to make of ingredient of typical dishes.
the main features of the pepper are: the high C vitamin content,
the absence of cholesterol and a lower part of a caloric content, excellent slimming
elements for a correct healthy and balanced diet.
Agriter also devotes the same engagement in the
relationship with the customers through a precise image and reliable packaging which
preserves up to the final consuption of all the elements of a craftmade process which has in the quality its thread conductor.
Agriter has gathered the ancient traditions of lucania of the fried pepper in hot oil,
used to prepare dishes unchanged in the time, proposing it in an actual key with the
production of ready fried halfbootsready to be tasted as a snack, fanciful appetizers,
contour or aroma in soups and leguminous always leaping the ancient and genuine traditions of the secular kitchen of Lucania.
The fried halfboots sweet pepper are pleasant to the palate, rich of fragrance, are continuosly apreciated by the criticism,
from the customers and the children.
