This third
generation company is located in the fertile valley of the Ofanto
River, where the silence is broken by the numerous powerful tractors
working in the fields.
Over 1.500 head of cattle of Frisone
and Jersey breeds as well, are nourished with selected natural forage,
in order to assure the healthful quality of their milk. Posticchia
Sabelli spares no effort in safeguarding the genetic purity of its
animals’ breeding, through vigilant care and maintenance of detailed
documentation on each: every cow has its own long pedigree and its own
name.
The dairy products of Posticchia
Sabelli come exclusively from milk of its own cows, processed
immediately after milking. For this reason, natural freshness,
fragrance and genuineness are preserved.
For more then a century, due to the
uninterrupted ownership of the Di Ciommo family, the Posticchia Sabelli
farm continues the fine, old traditions of dairy production.
